100 Hang Snatches 95/65
100 Overhead Squats 95/65
*Each Partner must have own bar. At 3.2.1.. GO both athletes must pick up bar. One works while other “rest” holding barbell. ANYTIME one partner drops bar it is a 20 burpee penalty for both athletes!!!!
