SNATCH + SNATCH BALANCE + OHS (7min EMOM: Same Weight)
The snatch balance develops strength in the receiving position for the snatch like the overhead squat, but also will help train proper footwork and help with confidence getting under heavy snatch weights.
If you are not efficient in the OHS then DO NOT attempt the snatch balance. Instead work 2 OHS after the snatch
