CFSF boot camp is a results-driven conditioning program that runs 4 days a week (Mon/Tues/Thurs/Fri), at 60 minutes per session. The program focuses on cardiovascular endurance, core strength, flexibility, weight loss, & muscle tone. In addition to workouts a nutrition plan is provided to help each individual reach their fitness goals.
