NO you do NOT have to be “fit” or “in shape” to start CrossFit. We accept & encourage ALL levels of fitness from beginners to advanced… Both men and women; young or old. Our membership base ranges from ages 14 to 83 years old & about 50/50 split of men & women. We scale the loads and intensity of each workout/ movement to accommodate your current level. Most people start as beginners. You just aren’t able to tell that because they don’t stay that way for very long.
It is our goal to make everyone a stronger, faster, healthier version of themselves. That in turn will allow you to become better in every aspect of your life. We will push you to work on your weaknesses. We believe the only way to make your strengths better is to fill in the gaps. CrossFit Spanish Fort has 5,000sf of space providing functional fitness to the Eastern Shore Community, conveniently located in the heart of Spanish Fort off Highway 31.
